Chiropractics what it can do for you
At Main Street Health Recovery we strive for excellence through superior patient treatment, education, and satisfaction.
Our chiropractor provides safe, gentle and effective chiropractic care for those suffering from work, auto, sports and other pain injuries and disorders.

Chiropractic treatments can help many conditions including headaches, neck, shoulder and arm pain, hip and leg pain, lower back pain including sciatica. It can also help with pain caused by carpal tunnel syndrome, foot pain and ankle injuries, and stress.
Chiropractors practice manual health care which is drug free and that includes assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Our chiropractor begins by first assessing the patient for disorders related to the spine, neck, pelvis, and the joints and muscles of the limbs. After carefully noting a patient's history, and conducting a physical assessment, we are then able to provide a differential diagnosis for the patient's condition(s) and map out a comprehensive treatment & management plan. Our chiropractor is also trained to prescribe therapeutic exercise and to utilize other non-invasive therapies and counseling.
Treatment is delivered principally by hand and primarily specific chiropractic manipulation and adjustments, along with other therapeutic approaches such as soft tissue therapy, muscle stimulation and ultrasound. In some cases nutritional and lifestyle modifications may be proscribed, rehabilitation exercise as a prescription and ergonomic recommendations for the workplace may also be part of the patient’s treatment.
